After your order is completed, be sure to complete the design form listed in the description of this service. The form must be completed in its entirety. This ensures that we are able to fully understand your vision, and your project isn't prolonged due to missing information or unclear ideas.

We encourage you to read all of our policies before ordering. After you have read our policies, completed your order, and completed the design form -- be sure to review the turnaround time you selected at checkout.

 

Turnaround times vary depending on the service. Note that our turnaround is in a range of business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

You will receive one concept.

 

You will be allowed to make 3 revisions to that concept.

 

Revisions are minor changes to fonts, colors, and placement of content. Concepts are the designs (samples/drafts) we create for you to choose from. If you are not satisfied with any of the concepts provided, you may purchase another concept for $45.
