WHAT IS A TEXT BASED LOGO?
A text based logo is a combination of fonts and colors. It is all text, and does not include any graphics or images.

WHAT IS AN IMAGE BASED LOGO?

An image based logo combines text, fonts, and images/pictures. 

DO YOU OFFER CARTOON ILLUSTRATIONS?
I do not offer cartoon illustrations at this time.

WHAT IS THE TURN-AROUND TIME FOR LOGOS/FLYERS/BUSINESS CARDS?
The turn-around time for standard delivery is 8-10 business days (depending on how many clients are in front of you at the time.) However, if you'd like your order completed sooner, you can select "rush order" at checkout for an additional fee. You will receive your rush order within 3-7 business days (depending on how many clients are in front of you at the time). During times where there is an influx of orders, it may take an additional business day or two to receive your samples. If I, the designer, do not reach out to you after 48 hours past the turn around time, please email me at aceelitedesigns@gmail.com.  *Note: Business days begin the day after you place your order/payment is received. Business days DO NOT include weekends and/or holidays. Revisions are not included in the earlier mentioned delivery times, Revisions may take an additional 1-2 business days, depending on workload and client response time.

WHAT IS THE TURN-AROUND TIME FOR WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT?

The turn around time for website development is 14-30 business days. How quickly I begin working on your site depends on how many clients are in front of you at the time and if you have returned all of the information I need for your site. 

WHAT FORMATS WILL MY GRAPHICS BE SENT IN?
Files will be sent in .jpeg and .png file formats. Additional formats can be requested if needed.

CAN I GET A REFUND?
Once an order is placed, no refunds will be issued. Please be sure you are ready to place an order before ordering.
