Please review ALL POLICIES/TERMS prior to booking. By purchasing from Ace Elite Designs, you are agreeing to all policies/terms and conditions.

  • BEFORE BOOKING
    Before booking, we ask that you have a vision for your branding. Your job -- provide the vision. Our job -- bring your vision to life! Ace Elite Designs does not provide the following: brand names brand colors freestyle designs For website design, we ask that photoshoots/photos be taken and ready to go BEFORE booking.
  • TURNAROUND TIMES (DELIVERY)
    Turnaround times vary depending on the design or package that is selected. Branding packages (14-30 business days) Brand Identity Suites (10-14 business days) Website Design (14-30 business days) A la carte services: e-flyers, business cards, thank you cards, highlights, etc. (8-10 business days) Please keep in mind, business days do not include weekends, holidays or vacations. Turnaround times (delivery) are shown on the page of each service. If you would like to receive your order sooner, rush services are available for certain services. The drop down menu on the page of each service will allow you to choose either Standard Delivery or apply a Rush Fee. If the rush fee option is not present, this means that particular service cannot be rushed. Projects may take longer to complete due to workload. If your order will be delayed, you will be notified via email. Turnaround times may also be delayed due to client response time. (ex. If you take 2 days to respond to your emails regarding your order/drafts/samples, your project's turnaround time will be extended by 2 days. Please be sure you are responding in a timely manner.
  • DESIGN PROCESS
    After your order is placed, for certain services, you will receive a design form that you must complete in order for Ace Elite Designs to begin working on your order. We will not begin working on your order until all information has been received. Once all information is recieved, you will receive your drafts in the specified turnaround time you selected at checkout. Turnaround times may be extended by one or two days due to workload/high peak times. If this happens, you will be notified via email. Please be sure to respond to emails regarding drafts in a timely manner. (ex. If you take two days to respond to emails/drafts/samples, your turnaround time will be extended by two days.)
  • SUBMITTING PICTURES/IMAGES
    Please be sure you are providing high quality images. Photos do not have to be taken by a professional photographer (although encouraged), but please be sure they are high quality/clear. Please refrain from using Snapchat (or any filtered photos), dull or blurry cell phone photos.
  • DRAFTS
    Drafts are for approval purposes only. They may not be copied, manipulated or distributed to any other person or company other than those directly involved in the project without prior permission from Ace Elite Designs. ALL DRAFTS ARE PROPERTY OF ACE ELITE DESIGNS. Drafts must be responded to within a 72-hour period after receipt. For each day late after the 72 hour period for responding to drafts, your turnaround time will be extended as a day for day extension.
  • REVISIONS
    After we email your drafts, you are allowed to make 3 free revisions. The cost of additional revisions is $20 per revision. For website design, you are allowed 5 free revisions. The cost of additional revisions is $30 per revision. (You will be billed via invoice.) Revisions include color, text placement, image placement, font, or size changes to a concept. This does not include creating an entirely different concept/design.You may purchase a new concept/design for $40. (You will be billed via invoice.) Revisions must be responded to within a 72-hour period after receipt. For each day late after the 72 hour period for responding to revisions, your turnaround time will be extended as a day for day extension.
  • GHOST POLICY
    For each day late after the 72 hour period for completing or responding to follow up about the design form, or responding to proofs and/revisions, your turnaround time will be extended as a day for day extension. (If the client takes 5 days to respond, the turnaround time will be extended by 5 days). After 15 days of a missing/ incomplete design form or no communication regarding proofs/revisions, there will be a $50 restart fee. After 30 days, your project will be CANCELED, and no refund will be issued.
  • PROJECT FINALIZATION
    After your order has been finalized (you have made all revisions and final drafts have been sent), no additional revisions/changes will be made unless a fee is charged. (You will be billed via invoice.)Invoice must be paid before revisions will be completed. Upon completion, you give Ace Elite Designs full permission to use your completed design(s) for the purposes of marketing/advertising and portfolio use (unless we have agreed otherwise).
  • PAYMENTS
    All orders must be paid in full before any work begins. Orders must be placed via our website or invoice. If you would like to pay in installments, you may use Sezzle to make your purchase at checkout.
  • REFUNDS/ORDER CANCELLATIONS
    Ace Elite Designs does not offer refunds for any services unless agreed upon. Buyers remorse or wanting to use another designer does not qualify as grounds for a refund. Please be sure you are ready to make a purchase before ordering.
  • SHIPPING
    FOR PRINT ITEMS -- After your order has been finalized, shipping will take approximately 3-5 business days. We ship orders Monday-Friday. Due to COVID-19, you may experience delays in shipping times.
